The workshop will take place at SHIN, a Japanese restaurant in Rotterdam dedicated to sharing the beauty of Japanese culture through food and hospitality.
Join us for a calming and creative experience exploring Ikebana, the traditional Japanese art of flower arranging, while immersing yourself in the beauty of Japanese culture.

◻︎ About the Workshop
Experience Ikebana, the traditional Japanese art of flower arranging, guided by a Japanese florist from Mui Flower Design Studio in Amsterdam.
During the workshop, you will learn about the history and philosophy of Ikebana, as well as the basic principles behind arranging flowers. You will then create your own Ikebana arrangement using a beautiful selection of seasonal flowers.
No previous experience is required — everyone is welcome!

Includes:
• All flowers for the Ikebana workshop
– You can take your flowers home as a small bouquet afterwards.
• All materials needed during the workshop
– Scissors, Japanese ceramic vessels, and kenzan will be provided for use during the session.
• A cup of tea, served by SHIN
*Ikebana tools such as Japanese ceramic vessels and kenzan are not included in the price. If you would like to purchase your own, please feel free to ask Mui during the workshop.

Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that cancellations be made at least 3 days prior to the workshop date to avoid any cancellation fees.
・Cancellations made within 3 days up to the day before the workshop will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
・Cancellations on the day of the workshop will incur a full cancellation fee of 100%.
